1. GPS Workshop in the Pillersee valley
From 04. to 07.07.2008 we offer the first GPS Workshop in cooperation with MagicMaps at the Erlebnis-Hotel Tiroler Adler.
At this event all participants have the chance to learn the perfect use of their outdoor navigation system. We show you how you could plan your tours and how you use your outdoor navigation on the track.

It’s a Dog’s Life
The Alsatian Dog Association from Langengern spent an eventful few days in the Whitsun week here at the hotel!
The Hotel Tiroler Adler paid host to 12 human and 8 canine members of the Alsatian Dog Association from Langengern from 25th – 28th May 2007. The group was greeted by the Schreder family and a very heavy storm.
On Saturday the group enjoyed a walk to the Fellhorn peak followed by coffee and cake at a mountain restaurant. On Sunday morning the group took on the challenge of a hike to Kirchberg covering an altitude difference of 900m, all the dogs and their owners completed the hike with flying colours. After their descent, with breathtaking views and a stunning mountain panorama, they were rewarded with a typical Austrian snack at the local Alpengasthof Oberweißbach restaurant. In the evening most of the group joined Florian at Lake Pillersee to enjoy the spectacular experience of the illumination of the lake and to find our more about its history. The evening was rounded off by an unforgettable firework display.
On Monday morning this brave group of walkers started off on a hike to the Grießbach Gorge with Florian and then continued on to the Angeralm pastures. The rolling mountain pastures and the contrast of the craggy rock faces of the gorge made an ideal backdrop for many a holiday snapshot.
