The following rules apply exclusively to direct bookings and depend on the rate chosen.

- 50 % down payment when booking
- Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
- From 29 days before arrival: 70 % of the total booked price
- Rebooking possible at any time
- Advance payments already made will be retained.
- Rebooking fee: € 25,00
FLEXIBLE BOOKING
Maximum flexibility
- No deposit required when booking
Free cancellation:
- May to October: until 1 day before arrival
- December to April: until 4 days before arrival
- Christmas/New Year's Eve, as well as Carnival: until 7 days before arrival
- Thereafter: 70% of the total booked price

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Regarding the booking options Book securely & book affordably A deposit is required upon booking. The option Book flexibly You can book without a deposit.
I chose the "Book with Confidence" option and now need to cancel my stay. Will I get my deposit back?
Your deposit will be refunded up to 30 days before arrival; for cancellations made later, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total booked price will be charged.
I have the variant Book cheaply I have chosen a hotel and now have to cancel my stay; will I get my deposit back?
No, unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
I have the variant Book cheaply If I choose to do this, is my deposit automatically lost if something comes up?
No, you can rebook your stay for another equivalent period at any time! In this case, your deposit will of course be credited to you and will not be lost.

Payment terms
Dear Tyrolean ADLER Bed and Breakfast guest, you can pay your bill in advance, the day before departure, by 6:00 PM, Alternatively, you can pay on your departure day from 8:00 AM onwards. We gladly accept payment in cash or by debit card. We also accept Visa and Mastercard.
A processing fee will be charged for payments for extra services made by credit card.
When paying the remaining balance with your debit card, please ensure that you have sufficient daily, weekly, or international spending limits on your debit card, as otherwise payment problems may occur.
Your bank will be happy to assist you with setting up your card or with any questions you may have.
