We offer you a variety of homemade products at breakfast: wholegrain spelt bread, farmer's mixed bread, bacon in various varieties, breakfast bacon, smoked salmon, various dried fruits, selected jams (those that you can't buy in the supermarket!), lactose-free milk in various varieties (almond, cashew, oat, hazelnut), various cakes, waffles, cookies.

We offer our guests a wide selection of sweet and savory items: various types of sausage (Extrawurst, Schlossberger, house salami, sports salami, ham, pork loin, pork shoulder), various cheeses (Almkönig, Gouda, Mondseer, Rollino, Brie), smoked salmon, various yogurts (plain, vanilla, fruit), Bircher muesli, cow's milk, lactose-free milk in various flavors (almond, cashew, oat, hazelnut), six different types of dry muesli, dried fruit in various varieties, hot dishes ranging from sausages to meatloaf (classic or spicy), fried breakfast bacon, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, various teas from the Chiemgau tea manufactory Bioteaque, as well as tea bags in various varieties, coffee, espresso, cappuccino (also lactose-free!), various fruit juices (apple, currant, multivitamin, orange, elderberry), and cut seasonal fruit and vegetables. (Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), seasonal fruit and vegetables for juicing, various types of homemade seasonal cakes, butter croissants, waffles, cookies.
Can I enjoy breakfast if I have to take food intolerances into account?
Yes, we have gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk available, and all our sliced cheeses are lactose-free. Upon request, we would be happy to arrange lactose-free yogurt or other items available from our suppliers. Please let us know your dietary requirements when you make your reservation.
